ACS Courier
We choose to send the majority of our orders through ACS Courier services (Within Greece). This way we ensure timely and secure delivery of products to you.
Your package will be delivered by ACS Courier to your location or, after consultation with you, to one of the company’s dozens of stores throughout Greece.
Package delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. This time may be slightly longer for deliveries to remote areas or Greek islands.
Courier Center
Alternatively, we offer the option to ship our orders within Greece through Courier Center services, again ensuring timely and secure delivery of products to you.
Your package will be delivered by Courier Center to your location or, after consultation with you, to one of the company’s dozens of stores throughout Greece.
Package delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days. This time may be slightly longer for deliveries to remote areas or Greek islands.
Shipping with DHL (International Shipments)
Shipping with DHL Express (International Orders)
For orders outside of Greece, we ship products using DHL Express.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically after you input your address and shipping details during checkout.
Important note: Please do not include flammable products or dangerous goods (DG) in your international orders, as we are currently unable to ship such items abroad.
Shipping with Freight Company
In cases where the order volume is very large, we may suggest shipping the products through a Freight Company. This is done to better serve and transport large items and orders.
Note
The free shipping policy applies only to retail orders from the online store or retail telephone orders. Wholesale shipments incur shipping costs.
